A foot injury late last season causing him to miss most of spring training has not stopped former Rusk Eagle running back Cody Glenn from making plays on the field for the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Glenn's first touchdown came in the first quarter on an off-tackle play to the right. His score tied the game at 7-7.
USC had a comfortable 42- 10 fourth quarter lead when Glenn scored on a one-yard dive play to spark a Nebraska uprising.
Glenn also made four receptions for 46 yards in the USC game, the first passes he has caught since joining the Huskers in 2005. On the season, Glenn has 49 yards on 16 carries. Nebraska is 2-1 on the season. The Huskers will travel to the Lone Star State on Oct. 27 to take on the Texas Longhorns.
