Memorial services for Eva Mae Cummins, 89, of Rusk will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, in the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Copeland officiating.

Mrs. Cummins died Aug. 6, in a Rusk nursing home. She was born May 12, 1918, in Salado, Ark. to the late Earl and Zenobia Reichardt. She was a resident of Rusk since the 1970s. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. Preceding her in death was her husband Ezra Cummins in 2001.

She is survived by her son Michael Cummins and wife Melinda Moses of Houston; four grandchildren, Michael Cummins Jr., Bonita Cummins, Byron Cummins and Mindy Jones, and three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
