Rusk sets public hearing

      The Rusk city council will conduct a public hearing at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, for a $4,011,622 city budget. Plans are to finance the budget with a 48.96 cent tax rate. The budget includes $2,048,575 in the general fund and $1,963,047 in the utility fund.
