DOROTHY ESTELLE (DEASON) WILLIAMS

Graveside service for Dorothy Estelle (Deason) Williams, 83, of Jacksonville was at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rocky Spring Cemetery with the Rev. James Blaylock officiating.

Mrs. Williams died Aug. 12. She was born Sept. 20, 1923, in Cherokee County. Preceding her in death were a son, Arthur LeRoy Henderson; a daughter, Johnnie Nell; bothers, Alvin Earl Deason and Edwin (Jiggs) Deason. Survivors are a brother and sister and spouses, Bill and Sandy Deason of Chandler and Betty and Jerry Felkel of Elloree, S.C.; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews. Thompson Funeral Home was in charge.
