ATHER MAE DUITCH THRAILKILL

Services for Ather Mae Duitch Thrailkill, 85, Wells, were held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Oakley-Metcalf Funeral Home chapel in Lufkin. The Rev. Clayton McClendon officiated, and burial followed in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Thrailkill died July 25 in a Wells nursing home. She was born May 8, 1922, in Cherokee County to the late Jim and Dell Summers White. She was a homemaker and a member of First Pentecostal Church of Wells. She was preceded in death by her husbands, two brothers and sister.

Survivors include stepdaughter Louise Ross of Lufkin; nephews and nieces.

Nephews served as pallbearers.
