C.F. (WIMPY) MULLINIX

Graveside service for C.F. (Wimpy) Mullinix, 72, of Fort Worth was at 2 p.m. Friday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Benson Kennedy officiating. Mr. Mullinix died July 23.

He was born July 18, 1935, in Maydelle. He was an aircraft machinist with LTV of Grand Prairie and a Baptist. He served in the U.S. Army.

Preceding him in death was his wife, Thelma Mullinix.

Survivors are a son, Chip Mullinix of California; two grandsons, James Clark and David Clark; a brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Peggy Mullinix of Jacksonville; nieces and nephews, Sally and Gary Smith, John and Connie McCarty, Molly and Steve Turnipseed and Elise Mullinix; grand nieces and nephews, Melissa Smith, Dean McCarty and Jack McCarty and Michael Turnipseed; a step-son, Alan Clark of Hope, Ark.; a step-daughter and her spouse, Kay and Tom Wimmer of Fairmont, Ind.

Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
