Perfect Attendance
The Perfect Attendance Award goes to Andrew Gates, Julia Crosby and Austin Gates. These three were the only Rusk ISD kindergarten students to receive prefect attendance for the 2006-2007 school year. Several other kindergarten students had as little as one to three days absence. Andrew and Austin are the twin sons of Ronny and Theresa Gates of Rusk and Julia is the daughter of Steven and Tara Crosby of Rusk.
