G.L. Skinner tribute

The Alto Independent School District extends this formal expression of its sorrow at the death of G.L. Skinner, a highly respected member of the Alto ISD board of trustees. The board of trustees surviving Mr. Skinner will note in the board minutes the passing of a man who was esteemed by his associates and admired by all. His eight years of service on the board of trustees and his dedication to all the children of Alto will be his legacy. The Alto ISD Board Of Trustees, school administration and staff extends to the family their deepest sympathies. He will be fondly remembered.
