AZELLE SHAVER
Funeral for Azelle Shaver, 85, of Jacksonville, was at 10 a.m. at Autry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jerry Carroll officiating. Burial was in Rose Lawn Park, Palestine. Mrs. Shaver died June 6. She was born Feb. 17, 1922, in Spring Dell. She was a member of the Sunset Baptist Church, the Red Hats Society and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Preceding her in death were her husband of 55 years, L.B. (George) Shaver; her parents, Eli and Addie Feutral; five brothers, Sam, Ross, J.D. Earl and Jim Feutral. Survivors are a son, Mike Shaver of Elkhart; two daughters, Pat Cooper of Delon and Dinia Chambless of Jacksonville; seven grandchildren, Misty Dudley, Justin Chambless, Ed Fails, Keith Fails, Jason Fails, Justin Shaver and Jennifer Ballew; 18 great-grandchildren; four sisters, her twin, Jerry Burt and Mary Williams, Grace Griffin and Murle Stuckey.

Grandsons were pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Bill Stevens, Benny Williams, Tra Dudley and Zack Tonroy.
