DARLENE JONES

Funeral for Darlene Jones, 58, of Gallatin, was at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Jacksonville First Baptist Church with the Rev. Vernon Lee and the Rev. Eric Johnson officiating. Burial was at 2 p.m. in Carmona Cemetery at Carmona. Arrangements were under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jones died May 29. She was born June 18, 1948, in Houston. She was a homemaker and a member of the Jacksonville First Baptist Church. Survivors are her husband, Thomas Jones of Gallatin; her mother-in-law and step-fatherin law, Reba Jones and R.E. Soape of Gallatin; a brother and sister-in-law, Herbert and Nancy Driver of Conroe; a sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Don Covington of Gallatin; and several nieces and nephews.
