Fire destroys home

Rusk volunteer firefighters Paul Patterson (left) and James Sanchez battle a blaze which destroyed the home of Robert and Trachel Crow on CR 1316 Tuesday Morning. Mrs. Crow and Troas, the Crows' daughter, were sleeping when the fire started. Mrs. Crow's sister, Tabitha Rains, arrived and awakened Mrs. Crow and Troas and led them from the house. The Crows lost everything in the fire.
