JACK L. LANE

Graveside service for Jack L. Lane, 84, of Tyler, was at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Earle's Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Autry Funeral Home.

Mr. Lane died May 25. He was born May 25, 1922, in Gallatin. He worked in the oil business and was a Methodist.

Preceding him in death were his parents, James Preston and Allie May Lane; a son, Charles Michael Lane; and two sisters, Helen Tausch and Ruth Marie Lane.

Survivors are his wife, Faye Lane of Tyler; a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Kerry Rike; a sister and brother-inlaw, Jane and Glen Heath; a sister-in-law, Lawanda Ellis; two granddaughters, Ashley and Kiki Rike; five nephews; and caregivers, Lavania Campbell and Bobbie Ross.
