Rusk, Alto continue playoff runs

The Rusk Lady Eagles softball team celebrates their 3-2 victory over the Rockdale Lady Tigers in the Area Championship game on Friday. Rusk will play a three game series against Huntington, with game one being played in Rusk at 7:30 p.m. Thurday, and game two being played at 6 p.m. in Huntington. Game three will follow if necessary. The Alto Lady Jackets celebrate their 5-3 win over #3 Grapeland Friday. Alto will play Dallardsville Big Sandy in a three game series. Game one will be tonight at 7 p.m. in Lufkin, with game two to be played at 6 p.m. Saturday in Lufkin.
