Thanks for introduction to the community We would like to thank your paper for the informative article written by Gloria Jennings. We believe this was an excellent introduction of us to the community. We are enjoying ourselves here and have found it to be a friendly and welcoming place. We are still getting set up at home and at church. The big rig delivering our belongings could not access our house and we had to unload at the church. After hearing about our dilemma, several youth from the First Baptist Church volunteered to help us move. Within three hours they had our things at our new home or placed in the appropriate rooms at the church. We would like to thank the following people for blessing us with their help: Laura and Neal Campbell, Ben, Brad and Steve Christopher, Rachel Ellzey, Richard Parsons and Angela Price. We are glad to be a part of the community of Rusk. |
