SHANDA CALHOUN

Funeral for Shanda Calhoun, 35, of Reklaw was at 10 a.m. Monday at Autry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Steve Edwards officiating. Graveside service was at 1 p.m. at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Athens. Mrs. Calhoun died May 3. She was born Sept. 1, 1971, in Tyler. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors are her husband, Asa Calhoun of Reklaw; two daughters, Meaghan Barber and Madyson Calhoun of Reklaw; her parents, Claude Barber of Canton and Peggy and Joe Lea of Lake Fork; brother and sister-in-law, David and Patsy Barber of Jacksonville; sisters, Cathy Christian and Janet Murray of Arlington; grandmothers, Lillian Barber of Edgewood and Avril Scott of Mineola. Pallbearers were Dickie Melvin, Tommy Scott, Jeffrey Murray, Brett Marley, Herbie Roach, Jerry Christian and John Lea.
