It's time for contestant to enter FB events

It is time for Cherokee County youth to enter the Miss Cherokee County Farm Bureau contest and the Talent Find contest. Both are scholarship awarded contests at county, district and state levels.

Winner from each contest receives a monetary prize and will represent Cherokee County Farm Bureau in the district contest in July. The state contest is in December.

To be eligible for these contests contestants must be between the ages of 16-19 as of Sept, 1, 2006, and a member of Texas Farm Bureau or a family member of TFB. For complete rules, please pick up applications at the Rusk or Jacksonville Farm Bureau Offices or call (903) 683-2576. Applications must be submitted by May 4.
