Low cost rabies clinics start May 7
County veterinarians will donate $1 per rabies shot to PAWS

The 2007 Cherokee County Rabies Campaign will begin May 7. Canine vaccines are $7 for Rabies only; $25 for Rabies, Distemper and Parvo; and $35 for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Kennel Cough.

Feline vaccines are $7 for Rabies only; $25 for Rabies and Distemper; and $35 for Rabies, Distemper and Feline Leukemia.

Veterinarians will donate $1 for each Rabies vaccine to PAWS, animal welfare.

Monday, May 7

n 5:30 p.m. Reece Community Center with Dr. John Alexander;

n 6 p.m. Reklaw Community Center with Dr. Anthony Holcomb and Dr. Justin Novak;

n 7 p.m. Pierce's Chapel old store with Dr. Alexander.

Tuesday, May 8:

n 5:30 p.m. New Hope Baptist Church with Dr. Ira Stephens;

n 5:30 p.m. New Summerfield School with Dr. Alexander;

n 6 p.m. Gallatin Community Center with Dr. Holcomb and Dr. Novak.

Wednesday, May 9:

n 8 a.m., Cherokee Animal Clinic with Dr. Holcomb and Dr. Novak;

n 5:30 p.m. Tecula old store, Dr. Alexander;

n 5:30 p.m. Mount Selman old store with Dr. Stephens;

n 6:30 p.m., Mixon First Baptist Church with Dr. Alexander.

Thursday, May 10

n 6 p.m. Maydelle First Baptist Church, Dr. Holcomb and Dr. Novak

Friday, May 11

n 5:30 p.m. Alto Kessel Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Dan Kessel
