Record earnings
Based on record year-end earnings of $8.5 million, Heritage Land Bank recently distributed record patronage payments totalling more than $7.2 million to its more than 2,300 customers. Heritage Land Bank, being a customer-owned cooperative, returns a portion of its earnings back to customers in the form of patronage distributions.
