RHS students of month named

Rusk High School students of the month for April are from left, Amber Parker and Colton Campbell, freshmen; Kassidy Stanley and Nicky Goodman, sophomores; Cambry Blakemore and Jared Colville, juniors; and Tina Jackson and Ben Thompson, seniors.

Rusk High School students of the month include Amber Parker and Colton Campbell, freshmen; Kassidy Stanley and Nicky Goodman, sophomores; Cambry Blakemore and Jared Colville, juniors; and Tina Jackson and Ben Tompson, seniors.

Amber plans to attend University of Texas at Austin and major in fashion design. Colton hopes to get an athletic scholarship to UT Austin and later play in the MLB, then coach.

Kassidy plans to become a pediatric nurse. Nicky said he applies himself in all classes at Rusk High School and hopes to be accepted into a good college.

Cambry hopes to play basketball at UT Austin. Jared wants to receive a masters degree from Texas A&M and work at UT Tyler as an analyst.

Tina wants to attend Tyler Junior College and then start her own business. Ben plans to attend Texas A&M and become a coach and teacher.
