Customer burned by bill for hot water heater
SONNY ADAMS Rusk

Beware if you are in need of replacing a hot water heater in Rusk, or anywhere else, I suppose.

The city has regulations required by the state, which are, in my opinion, outrageous.

On March 20, I had the misfortune of having to replace a hot water heater in Rusk. My bill was $778.23 for the new unit and labor.

My advice to others in the same predicament is to get a firm estimate from a plumber before authorizing a work order.

Another reason my bill was so high is because of unrealistic regulations required by the state.

This will leave customers with empty pockets.
