Three Rusk residents were among the 3,560 Texas A&M University students receiving diplomas in December. They were April Nicole Pepin, Bachelor of Science Health; Collin Jeffery Carroll, Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Tara Brooke Daniel, Bachelor of Business Administration.

Tina Vijay Desai, a sophomore student from Rusk has been named to the dean's honor roll for having a grade point average of 3.5-3.74. She is seeking a Bachelor of Science with a major in biomedical sciences.
