Alto Buyers Group sponsors team roping event

The Alto Area Buyers Group, a contribution group, will sponsor a team roping event Saturday, March 27. Books will open at 9 a.m. Roping will begin at 10 a.m. A concession stand will be open all day with a hamburger lunch served. Proceeds will benefit Alto area students, who are participating in the 2007 Cherokee County Junior Livestock Show.
