OLETA FAY THOMASON

Funeral for Oleta Fay Thomason, 84, of Rusk, was at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rocky Springs Baptist Church in Dialville with the Rev. Charles Swilling officiating. Burial was in Rocky Springs Cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thomason died March 2. She was born Jan. 30, 1923, in Rusk. She was retired from Southwestern Bell and a member of the Rocky Springs Baptist Church. Preceding her in death was her husband, Earl Clayton Thomason.

Survivors are a son, John Thomason of Rusk; two exdaughters in-law, Michelle Thomason and Diane Thomason, both of Tyler; a grandson, Nevada Thomason of Tyler; and a granddaughter, Sarah Thomason of College Station.
