BOBBIE DELL HOLCOMB SMITH

Funeral for Bobbie Dell Holcomb Smith, 79, of Jacksonville was at 2 p.m. Feb. 22 at Autry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Dan Middleton and the Rev. Cary Ponder officiating. Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Park.

Mrs. Smith died Feb. 19. She was born March 14, 1927, in Jacksonville. She was an employee of Drug Sav and Eckerds for more than 20 years. She was a member of the Mount Selman United Methodist Church and the "Jollies."

Preceding her in death were her parents, Obie Lee and Donia Hines Holcomb; twin sister, Billie Strickland; other sisters, Ruby Lee Brown, Mildred Shull and Helen Knapp; two brothers, Oscar Holcomb and Cleo Holcomb.

Survivors are a daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Thomas Moore of Lake Tyler; a grandson and his wife, Micah Lee and Misty Roberts of Canton; three great-grandchildren, Andrew Allen Roberts, Katherine Renee Roberts and Michael John Roberts, all of Mineola; a sisterin law, Margaret Holcomb of Jacksonville.

Pallbearers were Jon Bruckner, Chesley Brown, Bill Shull, Johnny Reagan, Jerry Oden and Ray Bonner.
