ELLA SESSION

Funeral for Ella Session, 94, of Rusk, was at noon Saturday at Blount Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Brown officiating. Burial was in Woodville Cemetery under direction of Mercy/McGowan Funeral Home. Mrs. Session died Feb. 8. She was born June 26, 1912, in Sugarlock, Miss. She attended Shady Grove schools and was a longtime Rusk resident. She was retired, a Baptist and member of Mission Ministry and Heroines of Jericho. She was preceded in death by one daughter, three brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include two sons, Oneal Session and Charles Session, both of Houston; five daughters, Mary Pruitt, Ann Marie Marsh, and Claydel King, all of Dallas, Charlisie Ringo and Edwinea Session, both of Houston; and three sisters, Ethel Porter and Bertha Kelley, both of Los Angeles, Calif., and Zula Tubb, Dallas.

Pallbearers were Don Turner, Hermon Christopher, Frederick Turner, Jimmy Turner, David Moore, Charles Turner and Jack Morris.

Honorary pallbearers were Oneal Session, Charles Session, Michael Rizor, Tito Marsh, Anthony Marsh, Cetric Ward and Steve Seals.
