NSISD proudly congratulates its Lady Hornets on their win against the Carlisle Lady Indians Friday night, with a final score of 27-22. Leading scorers were Evelyn Suarez with 10 pts, Becky Reyes with 9 pts, and Daisy Vargas with 6 pts. Homecoming for the Hornets will be this Friday night, Feb 2, with a Homecoming Dance to follow, which will be sponsored by NSISD Student Council. The dance theme will be a Luau and a DJ and refreshments will be provided for those who attend. Attendance is limited to current NSISD 7th to 12th grade students, who may bring one guest with them. Homecoming mums are available for purchase until Thurs, Feb 1. Order forms are available from any Jr. Class member or Mrs Orsak or Mrs Colby.
