3 arrested after search warrant is executed

A narcotics search warrant executed by the Cherokee County Sheriff 's Office last week resulted in the arrest of two men and one woman. Sheriff 's deputies served the warrant at the residence of Lawrence Francis, 1300 S. Jackson, Jacksonville.

Arrested were Lawrence Franklin, 34, of Jacksonville, who was charged with manufacture and delivery of cocaine, a first degree felony. Bond was set at $50,000.

He was also charged with possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. Bond on that charge was set at $1,500.

Also charged was Reggie Polk, 26, of Jacksonville, with possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. Bond was set at $1,500.

Arrested on an outstanding warrant for harassment out of Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 court was Shaka Sanders, 23, of Jacksonville. Her bond was set at $750.

Judge Brenda Dominy set bonds on the three subjects.

A juvenile male at the residence was released to relatives. Assisting the Sheriff 's Office was the TDCJ canine unit.
