      Terri Daniel, Rusk High School counselor, will conduct an information meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8 for 11th grades students and their parents. She will discuss testing requirements and planning for college admissions. The meeting will be held in the Rusk ISD auditorium.

      Feb. 4-10 has been designated as Food Check Out Week. According to the agriculture department it takes most Americans approximately five weeks to make enough money to buy food for their family for the entire year. In contrast, it takes until April to earn enough to pay taxes.
