NINA LUCAS

Funeral for Nina Lucas, 57, of Jacksonville, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Autry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jerry Walles officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery. Mrs. Lucas died Saturday. She was born Aug. 22, 1949, in New Summerfield. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Preceding her in death were her parents, Stanley and Elsie Mae McFarland; and two brothers, Willard McFarland and Jerry McFarland. Survivors are her husband, Bernie Lucas of Jacksonville; a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Allan Apilado of Jacksonville; a granddaughter, Annabel Apilado of Jacksonville; a brother, Harvey McFarland of Jacksonville; three sisters, Dixie Brown of Jacksonville, Gloria Birdwell of Reklaw and Diana Dale Alonzo; a sister-in-law, Ivy McFarland of Jacksonville.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Bradley Jr., Rudy Birdwell, Manuel Escuestas Jr., Kelly Birdwell, Bobby McFarland and Bobby Dempsey. Honorary pallbearers will be Allan Apilado, Jimmy McFarland, Joshua McFarland, and Keith Sparks,
