Caddoan Mounds slates astronomy workshop

The astronomy workshop for beginners is designed to help new telescope owners get acquainted with both the telescope and night sky. Participants will learn to locate major stars and constellations and to use star wheels. Basic instruction will be indoors.

The workshop will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 at the Caddoan Mounds State Historic Site.
