INEZ GEORGE

Graveside service for Inez George, 65, of Troup was at 2 p.m. Monday at West Shady Grove Cemetery with Michael George officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home. Mrs. George died Jan. 11. She was born Sept. 18, 1941, in Jacksonville; attended school at New Hope; was retired after seven years at WalMart. She was a member of Sunset Baptist Church. Preceding her in death were her parents, Charlie and Mary Kassler George.

Survivors are her friend, Bobby Fowler of Jacksonville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Sandy and Trish McDaniel of Jacksonville and James and Norma Jean Ashley of Corsicana; a daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Louise Buffalo of Jacksonville; three brothers, Davis George of Jacksonville, Lacy George of Troup and Nelson George of Irving; two sisters, Verda Loftin of Jacksonville and Faye Day of Irving; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
