ETMC Rusk hosts fitness program Jan. 18

Cherokee County residents are invited to join the staff of the ETMC Olympic Center in Rusk for "A New Year for a New You: How to Start a Fitness Program" Thursday, January 18, at ETMC Rusk, 1325 N. Dickinson.

Free body fat and grip strength screenings will be offered beginning at 11:30 a.m., followed by a lecture at noon. Exercise specialists will be available to answer questions regarding health and fitness goals. A free light lunch will be provided.
