A giant crane visited k Rusk two weeks ago when a new heating and air conditioning system was installed at the county courthouse. The old unit was lifted and lowered to the ground and a new unit put in its place. The new system was included in this year's budget and was planned. The unit was purchased from Johnson Controls of Shreveport, La. and cost $145,541. Courthouse activity continued as usual with patrons and employees bearing the disadvantages of the heat. More ...
