County Commissioners discuss road conditions

Cherokee County is in the process of making application for disaster status. Ken Hannah, county emergency management coordinator, reported to the commissioners court Monday morning that Texas has 53 counties affected by heavy rains. New AC unit is installed
A giant crane visited k Rusk two weeks ago when a new heating and air conditioning system was installed at the county courthouse. The old unit was lifted and lowered to the ground and a new unit put in its place. The new system was included in this year's budget and was planned.
