Dallas' land grab uses circuitous strategy

      Dallas justifies its land grab for new East Texas reservoirs by claiming there will be "13 million residents" in another 50 years. During the 20th Century, Dallas grew rapidly because of a native birth rate and migration from northern states. Contrarily, in the 21st Century, neither of these will grow Dallas. Birth rates of US citizens have become negative.
