Members of the Rusk Library Study Club met Dec. 12 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for their annual Christmas luncheon. The meal was prepared and served by church members. According to the departments records, there are 76 registered sex offenders living in Cherokee County. 61 are white, 14 are African American.
