Alto boy’s family is still in shock following Houston Livestock Show & Exposition
Twelve-year-old Wade Grogan of Alto has no beef with the judge’s decision at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo over the weekend. His Simmental steer faced stiff competition from 99 other competitors in the ring. When the judging was complete, Wade exited the ring with the grand champion title and bragging rights for an animal that fetched $32,000 in the auction ring. More...
